Amman benchmark index increased by 0.36% and closed at 2109.4 points this week, while it closed last week at 2101.8 points.
The financial sector increased by 0.38% and the industry sector increased by 0.25%, while the services sector decreased by 0.1%.
Out of 182 companies participated in trading this week, 63 rose, 73 declined, while the remaining ones kept flat.
The top three gainers during the week were, the Al-manara Insurance Plc.co. by 27.27%, Akary For Industries And Real Estate Investments by 22.47% and Jordan Vegetable Oil Industries by 13.24%.
The top three losers were, the South Electronics by 14.29%, Jordan Steel by 10.53% and The Jordan Cement Factories by 8.45%.
Total of 23.5 million shares were traded this week though 13873 transaction at a turnover of JOD 25.6 million.
