The Board of Directors at Rum Group for Transportation and Tourism Investment has agreed to sell all its shares in Petra Airlines, amounting to 1.96 million shares, to its subsidiary Rum for Air Transportation Investment Company for JOD 1.96 million.

The Group’s half-year profits in 2014 had skyrocketed to JOD 621 THD, against JOD 73.2 THD in the previous year, registering a 748% increase.

The Group’s capital is JOD 14 million distributed on 14 million shares, at par value JOD 1 per share.
