United Group for Land Transport (UGLT) has scheduled its Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 to elect new board, according to the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE).

The Company’s capital amounts to about JOD 6.6 million, distributed on 6.6 million shares at JOD 1 par value each. It operates within the transportation sector focusing on trucking.
