Amman – Mubasher: National Portfolio Securities reported turning to profit in 2014 as profit reached JOD 310.9 thousand ($438.6 thousand) compared to a loss of JOD 379,000 ($534.8 thousand) in 2013.
In its filing to the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE), the portfolios company reported a surge in net revenue by 159.58% to JOD 962.17 thousand against JOD 370.65 thousand the year before. Moreover, expenses retreated by 12.5% to JOD 651.25 thousand against JOD 744.7 thousand in 2013.
National Portfolio’s capital amounts to JOD 10 million divided on 10 million shares at par value JOD 1 per share.
