Batelco, the regional telecommunications group with operations across 14 countries, said the board recommended to the annual general meeting (AGM) a full-year cash dividend of BHD 41.58 million ($110.29 million), at a value of 25 fils per share.

The telco added that 10 fils per share was paid during the third quarter of 2014 and the remaining 15 fils will be paid in cash following the AGM approval in March.

Batelco reported net earnings of BHD 49.3 million ($130.8 million) for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2014, with a rise of 13% compared BHD 43.6 million ($115.6 million) a year earlier.
