The benchmark index of Bahrain Bourse (BHB) closed on Wednesday at 1469.24 points; retreating by 2.31 points or 0.16%.
The index has ended the chain of rises which lasted for the past six sessions, affected by the earnings of the commercial banks and Alba stock.
Furthermore, the industrial sector and the banks sector fell by 1.73% and 0.09% respectively.
Meanwhile, the services sector led the rises, as it grew by 0.17%.
Today’s turnover posted BHD 246.45 thousand, as 878.45 thousand shares were traded.
