Bahrain-Mubasher: Bahrain Bourse closed Tuesday in the red, pressured by four stocks in the commercial bank sector.
Bahrain All-Share Index lost 0.29% or 4.3 points to close at the 1450.46 level.
The commercial bank sector fell 0.8%, as Khaleeji Commercial Bank and National Bank of Bahrain dropped 2.27% and 1.8%, respectively. Al-Salam declined 0.84% and Ahli United Bank edged down 0.61%.
The industrial was the only sector which headed north, rising 0.79%, boosted by Alba which gained 0.82%.
Turnover reached nearly BHD 205,000, after 545,000 shares changed hands.
