Bahrain-Mubasher: The Bahrain stock market closed Thursday in the red, with the benchmark losing 0.10% or 1.38 points to reach the 1,439.45 level.
Turnover reached BHD 372.241, after 1.545 million shares changed hands.
The industrial sector fell 0.79%, led by Alba which was down 0.82%.
The service sector weighed on the index, dropping 0.29%, as Batelco dipped 0.6%.
The commercial bank sector was boosted by Al Salam and Khaleeji which climbed 6.25% and 1.89%, respectively. The sector was the most active in terms of a turnover with BHD 271.581.
