Mubasher: Investcorp, a leading provider of alternative investment products, said its board proposed cash dividends at $15 per ordinary share.

Shareholders of record on the date of the ordinary general meeting are eligible for the dividends.

The bank’s net income for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2015 reached $116.7 million, compared with $103.11 million a year earlier.

 The Bahrain-listed lender operates with $200 million capital, divided into 800,000 shares at a par value of $250 each.
