Mubasher: Bahrain Bourse sagged in the first nine months of 2015, dragged by all sectors mainly investment and banks.
The main gauge fell by 10.56% or 150.6 points to reach 1,275.8 points at the end of September, 2015 compared with 1,426.5 points at 2014-end.
The index also moved down by 6.7% to reach 1,275.8 points in the third quarter of 2015, up from 1,367.8 points at the end of the second quarter.
It fell by 1.80% or 23.3 points in September to reach 1,275.8 points.
The investment sector was the biggest loser in the nine-month period, with a drop of 19.8%. It was followed by industrial with 9.64% after Alba decreased by 9.9%.
Similarly, the banks sector lost 8.68% weighed by NBB that slumped by 7.8%, while Khaleeji Commercial Bank rose by 20%.
The market liquidity rose in nine months by 143% to BHD 21.6 million ($56.8 million), from BHD 8.8 million ($23.3 million).
