The twinning project between Tunisia and the European Union (EU) in performance budgeting which will end in 2015, will be the focus of a debate, September 16 in Tunisia. The cost of this project launched in August 2011, as part of an agreement between the Economy and Finance Ministry and the French Budget Ministry, is worth TND 4.5 million (about 2 million euros).
