Tunis- Mubasher: Bourse de Tunis rebounded in Wednesday’s late trading to erase its early losses.

The benchmark Tunindex added 0.05% or 2.66 points to 5315.37 points. Tunindex20 also gained 7points or 0.31% to 2270.47 points.

Out of the 77 listed companies, 63 changed hands; 19 moved higher, 26 moved lower, while 18 others remained unchanged.

Six sectors moved lower led by basic materials (-0.99%), followed by banks (-0.99%). Meanwhile, seven sectors moved higher topped by consumer services (+1.54%).

TUNINVEST was the top gaining stock with a rise by 3.22% to TND 12.49. Meanwhile, Banque de Tunisie et des Emirats fell by 3% to TND 2037.

Today’s turnover amounted to nearly TND 2.6 million, while traded volume reached 296,600 shares.
