Tunis – Mubasher: Bourse de Tunis indices rose on Wednesday, continuing with their early gains.

The benchmark index Tunindex gained 0.37% or 2.97 points to 5442.23 points, while Tunindex20 rose 0.38% to 2338.1 points.

Out of the 77 listed companies, 67 changed hands; 29 moved higher, 26 moved lower, while 12 others remained unchanged.

Eight sectors moved higher led by distribution (+2.71%), followed by consumer services (+2.66%). Meanwhile, five other sectors moved lower led by building (-1.83%), then industrials (-1.39%).

New Body Line was the top gaining stock with a rise by 5.95% to TND 7.05. On the flipside, Salim declined by 4.46% to TND 22.07.

Today’s traded value amounted to nearly TND 6.05 million, while traded volume reached 1.3 million shares.
