UAE businessman Hussein Sajwani, who heads Damac Properties, paid EGP 13 billion to the Egyptian Public Prosecution to reconcile in the legal action of Hurghada-based Gamasha land plot. He also paid EGP 35 billion overseas to waive the international arbitration.
