Upper Egypt Flour Mills - a publically traded company in EGX - released financial statements for the fiscal year 2012-2013.

Consolidated net earnings reached EGP 76.430 million, a leap of 36.5% from EGP 55.990 million a year earlier.

Standalone net profit also increased from EGP 44.491 million in FY11/12 to EGP 58.443 million.

The company operates with issued capital of EGP 70,000,000, divided into 7,000,000 shares at EGP 10 par value each.
