The securities listing committee at the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) approved on December 5 raising the issued capital of National Société Générale Bank (NSGB) from EGP 4,435,359,020 to EGP 4,878,894,920.

The EGP 443,535,900 increase, to be financed from the general reserve according to financial statements on December 31, 2012, is divided into 44,352,590 shares.

Shareholders of record till the close of trading yesterday, Wednesday, December 18, are entitled to the 0.9999999955-for-10 bonus share distribution. The distribution will start as of today December 19, 2013, via Misr for Central Clearing, Depository & Registry (MCDR).
