The EGX securities listing committee approved on December 17 the listing of secondary shares of Raya Holding for Technology & Telecommunications.
The company’s issued capital will be raised from EGP 321,117,935 to EGP 370,520,695. The EGP 49,402,760 increase will be divided into 9,880,552 shares at EGP 5 par value each. It will be financed from FY12 profit.
The stock will trade with change in price limits as of Tuesday, December 31.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on Monday, December 30, 2013 will be entitled to the bonus shares distribution at 0.15384615624-for-1.
