Ibrahim Abdel Salam, head of General Authority for Economic Zone North West of Gulf of Suez (SEZONE) said that companies from UAE, China and Germany showed interest in investing in the zone.
According to Almasry Alyoum newspaper, talks began between SEZONE and a number of companies including UAE’s National Dredging that offered to build a ship manufacturing station.
A SEZONE delegation will visit UAE and Germany for talks with the companies that offered to have investments in petrochemical, solar energy, education and logistics sectors.
