Property developer Heliopolis Housing said it received a ministerial approval on the planning and partitioning of the 181.66-feddan area allocated for services in the 1695.01-feddan HelioPark entertainment city project.
The company also obtained a ministerial approval on the fourth district, park and club in the same project.
Heliopolis Housing has recently posted EGP 110 million net profit for the period from July 2013 till January 2014, with 37.89% growth compared with EGP 80 million in the same period a year earlier.
