The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said the study of El Dawlia Fertilizers and Chemicals’ disclosure form is underway to commence procedures of increasing issued capital.
The company’s Financial results for the first nine months of FY13, reported net profit of EGP 4.525 million, shrinking 22.5% from EGP 5.841 million in the same period of FY12.
