Landline operator Telecom Egypt (TE) announced that a board meeting will be held today, Tuesday, March 11, 2014.
Board members will discuss financial results and dividend plan for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013
TE said earlier it will post consolidated and standalone financial results for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013 before session opening on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) and London Stock Exchange (LSE) on Wednesday, March 12. Meanwhile, the company will hold an extraordinary general meeting on Thursday, March 13, 2014.
