Raya Holding for Technology & Telecommunications posted EGP 55.4 million net profit in FY13, with a 14% rise year-over-year from EGP 48.4 million.
The company said earlier in a filing posted on EGX website it has no relation with Hassan Malek, denying the news he is a company shareholder. According to Raya’s filing, Malek has never been a shareholder in the company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. He has never been a board member in the company or in any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
