Misr Cement Qena (MCQ) announced that an ordinary general meeting will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014, at head office.
Shareholders will review the board and auditors’ reports, as well as financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013.
They will also discuss approving the proposed dividend payout for FY13 at EGP 6.7 per share, totaling EGP 200.894 million.
