Marsa Alam for Tourism Development announced re-opening subscription to 30 million shares of increasing issued capital from March 26 till March 30 via receiving bank CIB.
Shareholders of record till January 30, those who did not sell their subscription rights and those who bought subscription rights and did not sell them, will have the right for subscribe to secondary shares pro rata.
Part of the subscription proceeds will go for repaying EGP 7 million to National Bank of Egypt (NBE).
