El Sewedy Electric (SWDY) will hold an extraordinary general meeting today, Sunday, March 30, 2014, 4:00 pm at head office, to look into the sale of a 7258.36 sqm land plot located in the fifth settlement, New Cairo. The land is allocated for commercial buildings and selling transaction will include the premises.
The meeting will also consider the amendment of incorporation articles no. 4, 21, 28, 29, 48.
