The ordinary general meeting of Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT) ratified the consolidated and standalone financial results for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013, in addition to the board and auditor’s reports.

The company posted EGP 1.119 billion consolidated net profit and more than EGP 3 billion revenue in FY13.

The company’s earnings since foundation in November 2011 until December 31, 2012 had reached EGP 3.67 billion, while top line amounted to EGP 2.116 billion.

Standalone financial results for the same period showed a net loss of EGP 190.491 million.
