The extraordinary general meeting of North Africa Real Estate Investment approved on Sunday increasing capital from EGP 25 million to EGP 34.375 million through distributing bonus shares at 37.5-for-100.
Articles of incorporation No. 6 and 7 were amended accordingly. The company posted a 190% surge in net profit for FY13 to EGP 7.609 million, compared with EGP 2.6 million a year earlier.
