Giza General Contracting and Real Estate Investment Co. announced that it will hold an auction on Monday, April 7, to sell three vacant land plots in Zahraa Maadi ranging from 1286-1321 sqm.
The company will also auction a number of residential units in apartment block No. 18 in Zahraa Maadi.
The property developer had posted a 36.2% rise in FY13 earnings to nearly EGP 28.158 million, compared with EGP 20.678 million net profit in FY12.
