Remco for Touristic Villages Construction announced that an ordinary general meeting will be held on Monday, April 28, 2014, to look into reviewing the board and auditor’s reports, as well as financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013.
Board members will be discharged from liability for FY13.
Remco had logged EGP 834 thousand loss in FY13, against EGP 8.9 million profit in FY12.
