Al Ezz Dekheila Steel Co. - Alexandria (EZDK) will hold a board meeting on Monday, April 14, to look into ratifying the board and auditors’ reports for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013.
The company’s FY13 financial results had shown 46% growth in net profit to EGP 1.15 billion, compared with EGP 792 million net profit in FY12.
Shareholders will discuss the dividend plan for FY13.
