Alexandria Portland Cement Co. said it will hold an ordinary general meeting on April 30, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. to review and ratify the board and auditor’s reports for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013.

The company posted a 22% fall in FY13 net profit to EGP 239.76 million, compared with EGP 306.23 million net profit in FY12.
