The board of Golden Textiles & Clothes Wool approved FY13 cash dividend of EGP 3.57 million at EGP 0.25 per share.

An ordinary general meeting will be held on May 10, 2014 to review and approve FY13 cash dividend and financial statements.

The company posted EGP 9.4 million net profit in 2013; retained profit amounted to EGP 11.9 million and distributable net profit is estimated at EGP 21.4 million.
