The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) approved a request from Alexandria New Medical Center to invite shareholders to subscribe to its secondary offering for 2.420 million shares at EGP 10 par value plus EGP 0.25 issue costs each.
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on May 4 will be entitled to subscribe to the secondary offering that will open on Wednesday, May 7 till June 6.
Subscription applications will be received via UNB-Egypt.
The company is seeking to increase issued and paid-in capital by EGP 24.200 million to EGP 48.4 million from EGP 24.2 million.
