Raya Holding for Technology & Telecommunications will hold an ordinary general meeting on May 4, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. to review and ratify the board and auditor’s reports and the financial statements for the fiscal year 2013.

Raya’s FY13 financial results had shown EGP 55.4 million net profit, with 14% growth y/y from EGP 48.4 million.

An extraordinary general meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. to discuss capital increase by 27%, or EGP 100 million from EGP 370,520,695 to EGP 470,520,690 at EGP 5 par value plus issue costs per share.
