Ezz Dekheila Steel Co. (EZDK) will hold a an ordinary general meeting, on May 3, 2014, at 12:00 p.m. to look into ratifying the board and auditors’ reports and the financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013.

The company’s FY13 financial results had shown 46% growth in net profit to EGP 1.15 billion, compared with EGP 792 million net profit in FY12.

The board will also discuss the dividend plan for FY13, as well as the appointment of the auditors for the fiscal year 2014.
