Damietta Shipping and Marine Services will hold an ordinary general meeting on May 6, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. to review and approve the board and auditor’s reports and the financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013.

FY13 financial statements showed that the company posted a growth by 18% in net profit to EGP 4.6 million compared to EGP 3.9 million in 2012.

Shareholders will discuss the proposed dividend plan for FY13, in addition to the appointment of auditors for 2014.
