Medical Packaging Co. board decided to amend incorporation articles No. 6 and 7.
Article No. 7 was amended to raise capital by 88% from EGP 34 million to EGP 64 million, to be divided into 64 million shares at a par value of EGP1 per each.

FY13 financial results showed an increase by 110.2% in net profit to EGP 345,207 thousand, compared with EGP 164,208 thousand in 2012.
