October Pharma said it will hold an ordinary general meeting on May 8, 2014, 2:00 p.m. to discuss the board and auditor’s reports for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013.

Shareholders will also look into the appointment of auditors for the fiscal year that ends on December 31, 2014.

An extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will also be held on May 8, 2014, 11:00 a.m. to discuss amending incorporation article No. 5 to extend the term of the company’s operation, which ends by April 10.
