Beltone Financial said it elevated the stock’s fair value of SODIC to EGP 28.53, after the settlement of dispute over Eastown project.

SODIC has agreed to pay - over seven years- EGP 900 million (EGP 1,049 per meter, and EGP 9,9 per share) which comprises the difference over the sum it had paid initially. The new settlement gives SODIC five years to develop the project.
