Electro Cable Egypt ordinary general meeting endorsed the board’s report and financial statements for the year that ended on December 31, 2013, in addition to the balance sheet for 2012. Shareholders also approved FY13 dividend at EGP 0.05 per share.

The company posted EGP 7.771 million net profit in FY13, against EGP 471.275 thousand net loss a year earlier.

The company operates with issued and paid-in capital of EGP 496.387 million, divided into 496.387 million shares at EGP 1 par value each.
