Shareholders of Nozha International Hospital of record till the close of trading on April 14, are entitled to receive cash dividend at EGP 0.50 per share, as of today, April 17, 2014.
Ordinary and extraordinary general meetings reviewed and endorsed the board and auditor’s reports, as well as profit/loss and financial statements, in addition to a dividend payment of EGP 1 million, for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013.
