Medinet Nasr Housing & Development will distribute bonus shares at 0.148-for-1 as of today, April 17, 2014 on shareholders of record till close of trading April 16, 2014.
The company will increase issued and paid-in capital by EGP 20 million to EGP 155 million, up from EGP 135 million, divided into 20 million bonus shares at a par value of EGP 1 per each.
The company posted an increase by 105% in net profit to EGP 175.87 million in 2013, compared to EGP 86 million in 2012.
