Acrow Misr Formwork and Scaffolding (Acrow Misr) will hold an extraordinary general meeting today at 2:30 p.m. at head office.

Shareholders will look into increasing authorized and issued through bonus share distribution. The company operates with issued and paid-in capital of EGP 73.4 million, divided into 7.34 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.

The company’s standalone financial results for FY13 had shown EGP 56.451 million net profit, compared with EGP 23.517 million net profit in FY12.
