Arab Ceramic Co. (Aracemco) will pay coupon No. 31 at EGP 2 per share as of today April 17, 2014. Shareholders of record till the close of trading April 14 are entitled to receive the dividend. Shareholders approved proposed FY13 dividend of EGP 62.5 million at EGP 2 per share, to be distributed on two installments.

The company’s board has recently approved reducing the stock par value to EGP 1 from EGP 4.
