Property developer Heliopolis Housing said it will offer a 9650.14 sqm land allocated for residential villas in New Heliopolis City, for sale on April 23.
The auction will take place at 11:00 a.m., the police club, Almaza, Heliopolis.
The company will also offer 22 land plots for sale on April 22, 11:00 a.m. in the same place. Land plots are allocated for the construction of 881 sqm - 1620 sqm villas in New Heliopolis City.
The company’s financial results for the fiscal period from July 2013 until January 2014 mirrored EGP 110 million net profit, rising by 37.89% year-over-year from EGP 80 million net profit.
