El Wadi Touristic Investment said that the Egyptian Group for Construction and Development will sell 155.622 shares at 21.55 per each, with total value of EGP 3.354 million.

The sale will decrease the Egyptian Construction’s stake in the company from 4.07% to 3.03%, by 454.338 thousand shares.

The company posted EGP 16,571,040 net profit in FY13, compared to EGP 15,449,878 in FY12.
