Sixth of October for Development and Investment Co -SODIC - financial results for fiscal year 2013 ,showed that it incurred a net losses of 447 mln ,against net profit of EGP 257 million for the previous year. Recently ,SODIC announced that New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) agreed to give it additional year to implement planned projects on two land plots, 1412.2 and 81.6 feddans, located in Sheikh Zayed.
