Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO) said it will hold ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on May 4, 2014.
The ordinary general meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. to review and ratify the board and auditor’s reports and the financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2013.
The extraordinary general meeting will be held to discuss increasing the authorized capital from EGP 2.040 billion to 2.3 billion and the issued capital by 15% from EGP 19.9 billion to EGP 22.9 billion.
