Egyptian Tourism Projects (Americana Egypt) said it will distribute bonus shares at 0.125-for-1 as of Thursday April 24, 2014.

Shareholders of record till close of trading today, April 23, 2014 are entitled to the bonus share distribution.

The company announced that it will increase issued capital by EGP 27 million, from EGP 216 million to EGP 243 million, divided into 5.4 million bonus shares.

The company posted EGP 148.31 million net profit in FY13, compared with EGP 139.224 million net profit in FY12.
