Jordan Mortgage Refinance Co. signed yesterday an agreement with the Egyptian Arab Land Bank, under which the bank will receive a one-year loan worth JOD 5 million to re-finance its mortgage loans.

Ibrahim Al-Daher, General Manager of Mortgage Refinance, said this deal is aimed at achieving the company’s goals of activating the mortgage market through offering the necessary funds for the banks and financial institutions.
